Hanover, 20 June 2008. At the constitutive meeting of the Supervisory Board of Höft & Wessel AG, Hanover, Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. Klaus E. Goehrmann was re-elected as Chairman. Previously, at the elections to the Supervisory Board during the Annual General Meeting, all members were confirmed in office.
